Following our story 'The Little Red Hen' the children decided that they would like to work together to make their own bread. We looked up the recipe mixed it all together and made some bread. We also made our own butter using cream and a whisk. We had our bread for snack, used our own butter and had the choice of jam also. It was delicious.
